Our mission is to train and provide demand-driven entrepreneurial and employable skills to our students and to enhance the income generating capacity of basic school leavers and such other persons who go through the competency-based apprenticeship, Master craftsmanship testing and Career Development in the Institute.We provide the best system of employable TVET Skills.

Founded with a vision to transform lives through skill development, St. Theresa’s Technical Institute – Chinderi provides a comprehensive technical education rooted in discipline, innovation, and service. We specialize in offering career-oriented programs that empower individuals and promote local and national economic growth. The institute is recognized for producing graduates who are not only skilled but also ethically responsible and job-ready.

Our programs are competency-based and aligned with national TVET standards. We offer training in various trades designed to meet both local labor market demands and entrepreneurial pathways. In addition to regular technical training, we support apprenticeship programs, Master Craftsmanship Testing, and specialized Career Development tracks. Admissions are processed through Ghana’s Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS), or via direct entry for special programs such as Master Craftsmanship Testing and Career Development.
