Fr. Dogli Memorial Technical Institute (DOTECH)
Fr. Dogli Memorial Technical Institute (DOTECH), established in 1997 in New Ayoma, Oti Region, Ghana, honors Rev. Fr. Anastasius Odaye Kofi Dogli—the first indigenous Catholic priest of the Gold Coast. As a public technical and vocational education and training (TVET) institution, DOTECH offers 11 practical programs, including building construction, cosmetology, and hospitality, aiming to equip students with employable skills grounded in strong moral values.
Message from the Principal

Mrs. Brigitte Afi Dzakah
It is with deep pride and gratitude that I welcome you to the official website of Fr. Dogli Memorial Technical Institute (DOTECH), located in New Ayoma, in the Jasikan District of the Oti Region. As a leading Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution, DOTECH continues to serve as a beacon of hope, empowerment, and transformation for young people in Ghana and beyond.
Guided by our motto, “Per Manibus Ad Gloriam Dei” – Through our hands to the glory of God – we strive to provide holistic training that blends technical competence with strong moral and spiritual values. Our mission is anchored in hard work, commitment, unity, and collaboration, aiming to prepare students with employable skills that lead to sustainable livelihoods.
Over the years, Fr. Dogli Memorial Technical Institute has made remarkable contributions to both community and national development. Our graduates are thriving as skilled professionals, entrepreneurs, and change-makers across various sectors—from agriculture and hospitality to engineering and business. The institute has received national recognition for excellence in practical agriculture and hospitality and continues to shine in academic and extracurricular competitions. Our impact is reflected in improved living standards, increased youth employment, and the rise of small enterprises led by our alumni.
Beyond the classroom, we actively engage with our communities through outreach programs, skills workshops, and collaborative projects that foster social inclusion and economic resilience. DOTECH stands as a living example of how TVET can drive innovation, productivity, and sustainable development.
However, as our enrollment continues to grow and the demand for quality skills training increases, we are faced with significant infrastructure challenges. To meet these demands, we warmly invite investors, development partners, NGOs, and well-meaning individuals to join us in this transformative journey. Your support—whether through infrastructure development, equipment donations, funding, or mentorship—will help us train more young Ghanaians to become agents of change in their communities and beyond.
I encourage you to explore our programs, achievements, and initiatives through this platform and consider partnering with us to shape a skilled, empowered, and future-ready generation for Ghana and the world.
