Oti TVET Regional Directorate Pays Courtesy Call on Ghana TVET Service DG to Discuss Strategic Partnerships and Innovative Resource Mobilization

On Monday, 12th May 2025, at 8:00 am, the Oti TVET Regional Directorate paid a courtesy visit to the Director General of Ghana TVET Service Engineer Dr. Eric Kofi Adzroe in his office in Accra.

The Courtesy call was led by Engineer Robert K. Amontcho, Director of Oti TVET Regional Directorate, and accompanied by Mrs. Brigitte Afi Dzakah, Principal of Father Dogli Memorial Technical Institute at New Ayoma within the Jasikan district, Mr. Befulgma William, Principal of Kaakyi Technical Institute at Kete – Krachie within the Kwachi West District, and Mr. Maxwell Amanyo, Accountant at the Oti TVET Regional Directorate and Mr. Kofi Lucas.

The leadership recognizes the need for innovative approaches to resource mobilization and believes Mr. Lucas’ expertise will be instrumental in achieving the vision of the OTI TVET Regional Directorate.

Since funding is a challenge to the OTI TVET Regional Directorate, the leadership is thinking outside the box to mobilize the needed resources to complement government efforts to move Oti region to another level.

It is in view of this challenge that the Regional Director is bringing on board funds mobilization strategist and tactician with vast and impressive track record as a strategic collaborator and partner to help achieve the Regional Director’s dream for Oti region, hence Mr. Lucas engagement as Project strategist and tactician for the OTI TVET Regional Directorate.
Our plan focuses on thinking outside the box in order to create jobs for the jobless through multifaceted and multidimensional TVET concepts strategically and tactically.

The team had a productive meeting with the Director General (DG), discussing potential strategies for collaboration.

The Engineer Dr. Eric Kofi Adzroe, the Director General was full of praise for the leadership of Oti Regional Directorate and action taken and did encourage the leadership not to give up when front with unforeseen complex challenges.
